Dukungan Organisasi yang Dirasakan dan Kesejahteraan terhadap Kinerja Individu: Efek Mediasi dari Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi

Studi ini bertujuan guna mengkaji bagaimana perceived organizational support (POS) memengaruhi kinerja individu yang ditengahi oleh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap pekerja di CV Geprek Jon X Papa Risol. Studi berikut berupa studi kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode statistika inferensial. Responden sebanyak 80 orang diambil secara simple random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 155 karyawan. Variabel diukur dengan skala likert dengan rentang bobot 1 hingga 5. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan studi mengindikasikan bahwasanya: (1) POS berdampak negatif yang signifikan bagi individual performance, (3) POS memiliki dampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan bagi OCB, (4) well being berdampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap OCB, serta (5) OCB berdampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan bagi individual performance.
