Abstract

This research is motivated by the passion to provide an overview of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. The purpose of writing this article is to provide views and descriptions of organizational culture and work motivatin on the performance of private employees in pekanbaru city. The population in this study were private employees in Pekanbaru City where the researchers took a sample of 50 employees. The approach in this research is to use a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is a list of questions (questionnaire). While the data analysis technique used is multiple liner regression, classical assumption test, t test, and F test and the determinant coefficient. The results showed the partially there was on positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance, and simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance.
