Abstract

Pada masa pandemi covid-19 Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan menjadi fenomena yang menarik untuk diteliti, karena kegiatan belajar mengajar banyak dilakukan diluar sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di MTS Ma'arif Sidomukri Giri Gres. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan MTS Ma'arif Sidomukri Giri Gresik yang berjumlah 38 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Variabel Motivasi dan Kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi langsung pada manajemen MTS Ma'arif Sidomukri Giri Gresik untuk dapat terus memberikan motivasi dan kompensasi kepada tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan agar kinerjanya terus meningkat.
