Literature Review: Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian, Kualitas Produk dan Harga Kompetitif

Kualitas produk adalah kombinasi dari properti dan karakteristik yang menentukan sejauh mana output dapat memenuhi prasyarat kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis factor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk dan harga kompetitif. Artikel ilmiah ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi kepustakaan, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Mengkaji buku-buku sastra yang sesuai dengan teori yang sedang dibahas, khususnya dalam konteks Manajemen Strategis. Ini termasuk melihat artikel ilmiah yang dihormati dan artikel ilmiah yang kurang dihormati dari jurnal. Mendeley dan Google Scholar berfungsi sebagai sumber untuk semua artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan pembahasan pada artikel ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
