Abstract

Tujuan–Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji Model Teori Pembelajaran Sosial melalui anteseden dan hasil kerja kepercayaan pada supervisor (trust in supervisor) Metodologi/Sampel/Pendekatan–Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan komputer program SPSS. Sampel penelitian yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner 170 karyawan perusahaan swasta di Yogyakarta.Pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian–Cognitive-based trust (supervisor ability, supervisor benevolence, supervisor integrity) mempunyai peran positif dan signifikan pada trust in supervisor dan organizational citizenship behavior directed towards to organizational/OCB-O. Trust in supervisor berperan signifikan pada OCB-O. Trust in supervisor tidak memediasi peran Cognitive-based trust pada   OCB-O. Orisinalitas–Pengembangan Model Teori Pembelajaran Sosial masih perlu dilakukan dengan memperluas dimensi kepercayaan (cognitive trust, affective trust) dan hasil organisasi lainnya (organisastional commitment / OC meliputi affective commitment, normative commitment, continuance commitment).
