Peran Pelatihan Dan Motivasi Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan: Studi Pada PT.PLN Indonesia Sektor Bandung

Pelatihan dan motivasi kerja merupakan dua faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN UPP JBT 1 Kota Bandung. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada tingkat administrasi keuangan di PT PLN UPP JBT 1 Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT PLN UPP JBT 1 Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan sampel seluruh pegawai dengan jumlah 47 pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik Skala Likert dengan skala 1 sampai dengan 5. Indikator pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini terkait dengan pelatihan dan motivasi. bekerja pada kinerja karyawan. Data uji ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis ini menggunakan uji simultan (uji T) dan uji parsial (uji F) serta pengolahan data berbantuan statistik (SPSS Versi 25). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini secara simultan variabel pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. secara parsial variabel pelatihan tidak dipengaruhi oleh kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel motivasi dipengaruhi oleh kinerja pegawai, hasil analisis berganda dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN UPP JBT 1 Kota Bandung.
