Analisa Pengaruh Praktik SDM Berkelanjutan Yang Dimediasi Oleh Kecocokan Pekerjaan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Bidang Perhotelan

Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji serta menganalisa praktik SDM berkelanjutan yang dimediasi oleh kecocokan pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dari hotel bintang empat di Kota Batam. Praktik SDM yang berkelanjutan memiliki peran penting untuk hotel dalam mencapai keuntungan yang strategis dimana dapat menyelesaikan masalah lingkungan dengan melakukan pelatihan terhadap karyawan mengenai syarat penerapan undang-undang mengenai keamanan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah dengan menggunakan SEM PLS. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan hotel Kota Batam dengan sampel hotel Bintang Empat yang berjumlah empat hotel dari kecamatan yang berbeda. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 448 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan mempunyai hasil yang signifikan positif terhadap kecocokan pekerjaan, kesetaraan dan keragaman dan signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kecocokan pekerjaan, Kompensasi ramah lingkungan mempunyai hasil yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kecocokan pekerjaan, perekrutan ramah lingkungan mempunyai hasil yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kecocokan pekerjaan, manajemen kinerja ramah lingkungan mempunyai hasil yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kecocokan pekerjaan, pelatihan ramah lingkungan mempunyai hasil yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kecocokan pekerjaan, pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM mempunyai hasil yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kecocokan pekerjaan, dan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja mempunyai hasil yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kecocokan pekerjaan.
