Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk meninjau secara sistematis penelitian yang sudah ada mengenai kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semua artikel yang mengutip PM telah ditinjau secara sistematis. Secara keseluruhan, 15 penelitian dari 191 penelitian, yang ditemukan di Scopus & EBSCOhost, dimasukkan dalam tinjauan ini. Temuan - Studi ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa servant leadership berhubungan positif dengan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi para praktisi dan organisasi dalam memahami pentingnya servant leadership dalam mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik. Kajian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan yang memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut, termasuk kurangnya variasi dalam konteks penelitian dan sampel, penggunaan metode pengukuran yang subyektif, dan keterbatasan dalam desain penelitian. Makalah ini membantu memberikan kontribusi pada literatur tentang kepemimpinan dengan memeriksa hubungan antara servant leadership dan kinerja karyawan, yang telah menjadi area yang semakin menarik dan diperdebatkan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir.
