Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Transformasi Digital Terhadap Kinerja Bisnis UMKM di Madura

UMKM mempunyai kontribusi krusial dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Adanya bonus demografi yang mengakibatkan jumlah penduduk yang besar, UMKM berperan signifikan dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru. Perkembangan teknologi informasi memunculkan istilah e- commerce, menjadi tantangan bagi pelaku UMKM yang mempunyai bisnis online. Persaingan memaksa pelaku UMKM untuk terus berinovasi agar tetap berkembang dan memperkuat literasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah orientasi kewirausahaan dan transformasi digital mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis. Objek penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM yang mempunyai bisnis online di Madura. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Luaran yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah laporan kemajuan dan akhir penelitian, poster, logbook penelitian serta publikasi ilmiah di jurnal nasional terakreditasi.
