Pengaruh Kolegialitas dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Keterlibatan Kerja Guru Dimediasi Komitmen pada Guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hal-hal berikut: (1) pengaruh kolegialitas guru terhadap komitmen guru; (2) pengaruh efikasi diri guru terhadap komitmen guru; (3) dampak kolegialitas guru pada keterlibatan kerja mereka; (4) pengaruh efikasi diri guru terhadap keterlibatan kerja; serta (5) pengaruh komitmen guru terhadap keterlibatan kerja mereka; (6) peran komitmen guru sebagai mediasi pengaruh kolegialitas terhadap keterlibatan kerja guru; serta (7) peran komitmen guru dalam memediasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap keterlibatan kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 163 guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis meliputi analisis deskriptif dan uji mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolegialitas dan efikasi diri guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen guru. Selain itu, kolegialitas, efikasi diri, dan komitmen guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja guru. Komitmen guru juga memediasi pengaruh kolegialitas dan efikasi diri terhadap keterlibatan kerja guru.
