Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini ialah dengan pendekatan kualitatif, artikel ini berupaya menggali perspektif yang lebih luas dan detail tentang bagaimana perubahan teknologi, globalisasi, dan dinamika tenaga kerja mempengaruhi operasional dan strategi organisasi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka, sumber tinjauan pustaka berasal dari beberapa jurnal internasional dan nasional yang berkaitan dengan topik yang ada dalam artikel ini. Analisis yang digunakan merupakan analisis dengan pemberian perspektif dari hasil penelitian artikel yang sesuai dan dipilih setelah itu peneliti memberikan perspektif sebagai hasil penelitian. Keterkaitan antara manajemen berbasis data dengan pengambilan keputusan secara perspektif peneliti bahwa penggunaan data yang tepat dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas, akurasi, dan efisiensi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan di berbagai sektor. Manajemen berbasis data memungkinkan organisasi untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan data dalam jumlah besar, yang kemudian digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih terinformasi dan strategis.
