Pengaruh Pengambilan Keputusan Karir Protean Terhadap Optimisme Karir : Efikasi Diri Sebagai Mediator

Generasi saat ini menghadapi tantangan berupa lingkungan karir yang tidak menentu dan pasar tenaga kerja yang cenderung tidak stabil. Ketidakpastian dalam pekerjaan dan rasa tidak aman dapat mengurangi ambisi karir individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh karir protean terhadap optimisme karir dengan efikasi diri sebagai mediator. Menggunakan analisis partial least square dalam pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 140 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta sebagai responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri sebagai mediator memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap optimisme karir, karir protean berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, serta karir protean berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap optimisme karir.
