Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Orientation, Organizational Learning Capability, Dan Innovation Capability Terhadap Innovation Performance Pada UMKM Kreatif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurial orientation, organizational learning ability, dan innovation ability terhadap innovation performance pada UMKM kreatif. Desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data survei yang dikumpulkan dari 125 UMKM kreatif yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang diukur dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial orientation, organizational learning ability, dan innovation ability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovation performance. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya menumbuhkan pola pikir kewirausahaan, membangun kemampuan pembelajaran yang kuat, dan memperkuat kapasitas inovasi untuk meningkatkan hasil inovasi pada UMKM kreatif. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor strategis utama yang mendorong kinerja inovasi, menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi pemilik, manajer, dan pembuat kebijakan UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing dalam lingkungan pasar yang dinamis.
