Pengaruh Work-Life Balance , Burnout, Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan : Studi Pada Karyawan Super Indo Di Kota Surakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, burnout, dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Super Indo di Kota Surakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner daring yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak untuk memastikan representasi dari berbagai jabatan dan pengalaman kerja. Variabel work-life balance diukur berdasarkan keseimbangan antara waktu kerja dan kehidupan pribadi, burnout diidentifikasi melalui tingkat kelelahan fisik dan emosional akibat tekanan pekerjaan, sementara stres kerja dianalisis dari beban kerja dan tuntutan pekerjaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik untuk memastikan keakuratan model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance, burnout, dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin buruk keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi, semakin tinggi tingkat burnout dan stres kerja, yang berakibat pada menurunnya kepuasan kerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengelola beban kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan agar kepuasan kerja meningkat.
